GRI and CRS are typically offered through the Kansas and Missouri Association of REALTORS®.

You should pursue all your GRI courses in the state where your office is located, or they may not count. In the past, there have been some GRI courses that are reciprocal and recognized by both states, but as of January 2010, that program is on hold. We'll keep you posted of any changes.
MAR is hosting two GRI classes in the KCRAR classroom on May 6 and 7: GRI-403 Financing for Every Buyer and GRI-404 New Home Construction. Get all the details and the registration form here.
Here's how you can get credit for these classes:
Missouri residents: Get Kansas CE credit by faxing your Missouri completion certificate to the Kansas Real Estate Commission at 785-296-1771. Make sure to write your Kansas license number somewhere on the form.
Kansas residents: Get Missouri CE credit by completing the form 'Individual Request for CE Credit" and submitting it to the Missouri Real Estate Commission. Get the form here.
