The fastest way to learn vital new information is by attending KCRAR’s Friday Focus Workshops.

These are only 90 minutes long and start at 10:00 a.m., so you don’t have to spend a lot of time getting up-to-date on the latest issues. These are not for Continuing Education credit, but they’re worth a great deal in ‘get smart’ credit!

In contrast to these workshops are the state-approved continuing education courses, which often require months from inception to scheduling. But now you don’t have to wait when there is a pressing topic you need to know about. Each workshop is conducted by an acknowledged expert and there is no charge to you.  Topics change with the market and include things like short sales and foreclosures & hazardous waste.

Make Friday Focus Workshops a habit and you’ll be glad you did!

The secret to success is to learn important information BEFORE you need it. You’ve waited too long if you don’t study the marketplace early, but choose to wait until a buyer asks you about green components or until you suddenly discover the house you are listing will probably be a short sale.

Get ahead of the game! Go here to find and register for KCRAR’s Friday Focus Workshops as well as all the KCRAR classes that are currently scheduled.
