COVID-19 Resources & Updates


Although Stay at Home Orders have come to an end throughout our region, it will still be quite some time before things return to normal.

States and local municipalities have introduced phased reopening plans. These plans outline specific allowances and restrictions for businesses as well as safety mandates and the guidelines for advancing to subsequent phases of the reopening plans. 

The real estate industry is not exempt from these government orders and social distancing and adherence to each communities’ guidelines will continue to be every members’ responsibility. 

Members should understand that the COVID-19 emergency and the governments’ response to the emergency continues to change rapidly. Therefore, all members are urged to monitor the guidelines, government orders covering each community and our interactive map for changes and updates daily.
