Note! A course taken twice during your license renewal term will not count twice for CE credit.

Most of our courses qualify for CE credit in both Kansas and Missouri. We also schedule some Non-CE workshops, as well.  Although a topic may be very important for you, it’s not always one that involves 3 hours of content and therefore doesn’t qualify as a license-renewal continuing education course. These are for “Get Smart” credit and everyone should catch them all. The one you miss is likely to be the one you need. You register for these under "Events" on this website. These are one-time only offerings.

A recent workshop addressed common advertising violations. Check it out here.

There is no charge to KCRAR members for regular 3-hour CE classes in 2015, but you may not sign up for more than 4 classes at any given time.

  • Pre-registration is required for all classes.
  • We do not maintain a waiting list. If a class is full, check back often for cancellations.

Before your enrollment is finalized you will be asked to check your license information shown on the screen. If you do not notify us of any changes or additions (name change, license numbers, address, etc.) it can compromise our ability to give you credit for the course!  After the day of class, depending on the timing, it is possible you may not be able to get any credit for the class.

Late arrivals will not be admitted, regardless of the reason and whether or not you want CE credit. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but this is our agreement with the state and it's not fair to disturb your classmates when arriving late.

Weather Policy
Our school is closed if the Blue Valley Schools are closed for weather. Watch TV for school closings or call their weather line at 913-239-4600.

To cancel a class enrollment simply log in and proceed as if you are registering for a new class. You will see your scheduled classes indicated in red and there is a link provided for you to cancel.

Please remember that "no-shows" without prior notice will incur a fine of $30. We understand sudden illness or dead car batteries! At the very least, contact us no later than the morning of the class to avoid the penalty.

If you have a disability for which you need assistance e-mail Sherry Young or call her or Sherry Young at 913-661-1600.

Our school facility includes handicap parking with easy entrance to our first floor office and classroom. Our classroom is modern and up-to-date with seating for 98 at tables, designated handicap seating, LCD projector and drop-down screen, computer, internet access, whiteboard, coffee service, free filtered water, and snack machines.

Meet Our Instructors

All of our instructors have extensive knowledge and experience in the topic they teach, and they all possess a strong desire to help you learn and succeed.

It is the mutual goal of KCRAR and the Kansas Board of Regents to provide quality educational programs. When problems arise, KCRAR members should make every attempt to find a fair and reasonable solution by working with KCRAR to resolve the issues. If further attention is needed beyond this level, please contact the Kansas Board of Regents. A complaint form for the Board of Regents is located at this website. You can also contact the Kansas and/or Missouri Real Estate Commissions. (Kansas Board of Regents, 1000 SW Jackson, Suite 520, Topeka, KS 66603, 785-296-4917)
