Your requirement for ethics training:
This membership requirement must be completed and reported by December 31, 2008. This is a mandate from NAR every four years that you are a REALTOR®.
If it is not completed by the December 31, 2008 (noon deadline), then we are required to suspend your membership to KCRAR until you have completed this mandate. That means you will not have access to any member services such as MLS, contracts and forms, classes or lockboxes.
Suspension will be lifted when the training requirement is met during the months of January and February 2009. But failure to complete the requirement by March 1, 2009 will result in automatic membership termination. This is a National Association of REALTORS® requirement.
You can check your personal REALTOR® records to see whether or not you've taken the training. To find out how, click here.
