  • a wide variety of financing options, including traditional financing, FHA, VA and special programs for first-time and moderate-income buyers
  • the importance of their credit as they prepare to buy a home
  • foreclosure assistance
  • and more!

The commercials appear during the station's #1 rated weekday morning news, the 9:00 pm news and the Saturday morning news programs. 

Another aspect of this advertising program is exposure via the WDAF website, www.fox4kc.com, where this page has been added and banner ads on the homepage link to www.KCHomePrograms.com.  This is an important part of the program since we're promoting an online information source, accessible "with a click" from the WDAF site.

Rounding out the ad schedule are print ads in KCHomes Magazine, Ink, The Kansas City Star and suburban newspapers.
